Dr. Hechtman has been in private practice in Irving, Texas and recently as an OB Hospitalist at Sacred Heart Medical Center.

Dr. Hechtman completed her residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and her Bachelor of Science Degree at the Southwestern Adventist University.

Dr. Hechtman is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American Medical Association.

Dr. Hechtman is married, and has 3 stepsons in elementary school.  Her outside interests include Hollywood, Bollywood, vegetarian cooking and suduko.
